Pink Velvet
Pink Velvet Cupcakes for Baby Girl Baby Shower.... YUM, YUM!
I had a customer that requested Red Velvet Cupcakes with Hot pink Cream cheese frosting. I do not belive in Red and Pink unless it is Valentines day.
Red Velvet cake normally calls for 2 oz of red food coloring. Instead I used Hot pink coloring.
(Remeber that there is cocoa added in the recipe it will always color your cake a little brown)

Marshmallow Fondant...
Fondant can taste good. People are scared on fondant, rightfully so. Everyone has had that piece of wedding cake that tastes like it is wrapped in plastic. I personally hate the taste of fondant, but love the polished look of a fondant cake or cupcake. Is there such thing as a yummy fondant? Sure is....
There are three types of fondant.

To me, rolled and rolled buttercream taste nasty. Marshmallow fondant is the way to go. It tastes like marshmallow candy and is fairly easy to work with.
"Piece-a-cake.com" has very easy step-by-step directions on how to make it.
Have a fun mess!

Grandma's Pretty & Pink Cupcakes
It is always fun making cupcakes for grandma.
There is no going wrong with anything I choose to make.
For Grandma's Birthday this year I decided to make Peanut Butter Chocolate chip cupcakes with White Chocolate Buttercream frosting...Yum, Yum, Yum!
Unfortantely I couldn't make it to watch her blow out all those candles,
but I heard they were yummy!
Love you Grandma! Hope you had a Wonderful Birthday!
